Note:Hydrological predictions are issued for the hydrological stations on the larger rivers and lakes of a region and apply primarily to them. Even if the prediction is correct for the larger rivers and lakes, higher or lower intensity events may occur in the backwaters depending on the situation. The accuracy of the flow predictions is determined by the size of the basin, the rainfall distribution and snow melts, the regulation of lake water and the characteristics of the area.
